AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG
Hillside vineyard “Monte Masua” in the historical Valpolicella Classica zone, blessed by mother nature by a magnificent landscape and its perfect suitability for grapes.
Corvina Veronese 70%, Rondinella 25% and Molinara 5%
15 % vol.
The grapes are dried for 5 months prior to pressing, and then 3 years in Slavonian Oak barrels of 35 hectoliters.
Intense ruby red appereance. Warm, ripe on the nose, intense and of great refinement. Complex at the palate, smooth, full bodied, characteristic with clear shades of dried grapes.
Red meat, game, mature cheeses. Excellent after-dinner wine.
